UN Global Compact
KazAzot JSC officially joined the UN Global Compact in 2023, expressing its commitment to responsible business principles. This is a major international initiative in the field of sustainable development that brings together companies worldwide striving to uphold high standards in human rights, labor, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
When developing its sustainability strategy, the company relied on the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN, and feedback from stakeholders. These documents and expectations formed the foundation of our sustainability policy and serve as a roadmap for integrating sustainable practices into all aspects of our corporate activity. We aim to make sustainability part of our corporate culture and our contribution to the region’s well-being.
