Consent to the processing of personal data

I, by filling out the form on the KazAzot website, give my consent to the administrator of the KazAzot website, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 N 94-V “On personal data and their protection”, to process, store and transfer to third parties via the Internet my personal data. I confirm that I give such consent, acting of my own free will and in my own interest. The purpose of providing my personal data is to establish communication with the administrator of the site kazazot.kz, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the site, the provision of services. I hereby recognize and confirm that I am independently and fully responsible for the personal data provided by me, including their completeness, reliability, unambiguity and relevance directly to me. I confirm that I am aware of my rights and obligations under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 N 94-V “On personal data and their protection”, including the procedure for withdrawal of consent to the collection and processing of personal data.

Data Processing Policy

Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 N 94-V “On personal data and their protection”, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by KazAzot: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

KazAzot Company guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective fulfillment of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by KazAzot as binding.

In case it is necessary to provide your personal data to the right holder, distributor or reseller of software in order to register the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. KazAzot Company guarantees that the right holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data under conditions similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Mangistau region, Aktau, 130000, industrial zone 6, building 150, marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from kazazot.kz, as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of KazAzot, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of KazAzot.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, as well as that the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal rights and interests of third parties are not violated when providing information. All the information provided is filled in by me personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
