The Severny-2 Project is a joint venture between QazaqGaz Exploration and Production LLP and KazAzot JSC, implemented pursuant to the Joint Activity Agreement dated April 11, 2025, for the purpose of conducting hydrocarbon exploration and production operations within the Severny-2 subsoil area located in the Aktobe Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production Contract for a Complex Project No. 5489-HC and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
